Dr. Stephanie Susberich will perform as part of Isaac Hayward’s string orchestra project at Five Flies Café in Manhattan, presenting her original work The Girl Who Has No Seeing for soprano and string orchestra, written specifically for the ensemble. The piece sets a haunting text by the early twentieth-century child writer Opal Whiteley. She will be conducted by Will Curry.
